Information for Authors and Presenters

Oral

• Presentation time is 20 min. (16 min. presentation and 4 min. Q&A) for all talks.
• The conference room is provided with one Windows laptop computer with LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) projector.
• You can use either the on-site computer or your own PC during the oral sessions. If you decide to use the on-site PC, please bring your presentation in USB memory stick. If your presentation includes animation, we recommend you to use your own PC.
• Please check your material before your session. The meeting staffs are happy to help your preparation.
• All speakers are requested to operate the slide by themselves.

Poster

• Please bring your printed poster to the workshop.
• The size of each poster board is 90 cm (W) x 150 cm (H).
• Posters should be hung during the lunch time on October 23(Mon) and displayed until the afternoon coffee break on 24 (Tue). Please take off all the posters by the end of the coffee break.
