This session covers general subject of climate, climate variability, and climate change with a focus on climate system interactions among atmosphere, ocean, land, and cryosphere. We welcome original researches based on historical observations and large-scale climate simulations.

Following are some topic examples:

• Climate system interactions (e.g., ENSO, Straosphere-Troposphere interaction, Atmosphere-Land-Vegetation feedback, BGC)
• East Asian monsoon
• Paleo climate
• Climate variability and change
• MJO, intraseaonal variability
• Seasonal prediction
